  2. The product received is defective or not functioning properly.

  3. The wrong product or model was delivered.

Note: Customized products or bathtubs made to specific measurements are non-returnable, except in case of damage or manufacturing defect.

  • COD orders: Refunds will be processed as bank transfer or UPI.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after product receipt.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Damaged or defective products will be replaced free of cost.

  • Replacement will be arranged within 15–20 business days, depending on product availability.


6. Shipping & Handling

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Shipping charges for returns due to buyer’s change of mind are non-refundable.
