    • Cash on Delivery (COD) with 50% advance payment is available.

    • Advance payment can be made via UPI / Bank Transfer as per instructions on the product page.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on location and product availability.

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned at checkout.

  • Risk of damage during transit is covered by us; in such cases, a replacement will be arranged.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customized products or made-to-measure bathtubs are non-returnable, except in case of damage or defect.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection, via original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders).

  • For COD + 50% advance bookings, advance payment refunds will be processed via bank transfer / UPI.
