Cash on Delivery (COD) with 50% Advance

  • For all Jacuzzi bathtubs, spa tubs, and other high-ticket items, we require 50% advance payment to confirm your order.

  • Balance payment is collected at the time of delivery.

  • Advance payment can be made via:

    • UPI Transfer

    • Bank Transfer

Order Confirmation

  • Once payment is received, you will get an order confirmation email/SMS with details of your product and delivery schedule.

  • Orders are confirmed only after advance payment is received.

2. Delivery Information

  • Delivery Timeline: Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery Coverage: Currently, we deliver across major metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune) and other areas based on availability.

  • Installation Support: Our team provides free installation assistance for all Jacuzzi bathtubs purchased.

Delivery Process

  1. Our delivery team will contact you 1–2 days before delivery.

  2. The product will be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. For COD orders, the remaining 50% payment is collected at the time of delivery.

3. Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Risk during transit is borne by us; damaged products will be replaced or repaired as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link / courier details via email or WhatsApp.
